1. What SonarDeals is
SonarDeals is an independent search and analytics service that helps you find well-priced used vehicles listed on third-party marketplaces across Europe. We do not sell vehicles, we are not a party to any sale, and we take no fee from sellers. When you choose to view a source listing, we direct you to the original advertisement on the third-party marketplace.
2. Figures are estimates, not guarantees
DealScores, "below-market" percentages, value-retention, mileage-fraud flags and cross-border landed-cost figures are automated estimates generated from public listing data. They may be inaccurate, out of date, or incomplete. Registration taxes and import duties are set by the competent authorities at the moment of clearance — our landed-cost figures are indicative only. Always verify a vehicle, its history, its papers and the true cost independently before you buy. SonarDeals is not liable for decisions made in reliance on these estimates.
3. No professional advice
Nothing on SonarDeals is financial, legal, tax or mechanical advice. A "good deal" score is not a recommendation to purchase.
4. Acceptable use
You may use SonarDeals for your own personal or business vehicle-sourcing. You may not: scrape, crawl, bulk-download, resell or redistribute our data or scores; attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits or the source-unlock mechanism; use automated means to harvest source links; or use the service to break any law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
5. Accounts
Some features require a free account (email). You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. One person or business per account; no sharing of source-unlock access.
6. Pricing & subscriptions
SonarDeals is currently free. We may later introduce optional paid plans; if we do, prices, billing and cancellation terms will be shown clearly at checkout, payments will be handled by our merchant of record (Paddle), and existing free features described at signup will remain available to early users as stated on our Pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel any time and consumer withdrawal rights under EU law apply where relevant.
7. Third-party listings & content
Listings originate from third-party marketplaces and sellers; we do not control and are not responsible for their accuracy, availability, or the conduct of sellers. If you are a rights-holder and believe content should be removed, see our takedown page and we will act promptly.
8. Availability & changes
We provide the service "as is" and "as available", without warranties. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim (which, in the free phase, is zero).
